Christmas Closure

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all our customers from the Sherwood Forest team, please note that our office will be closed for the Christmas period. Last orders need to be placed on or before the 22nd December. Orders placed after this date will be processed in the new year.

Delivery
Our chosen carrier is Parcel Force and we are able to deliver worldwide, please see below for our list of delivery charges:

UK Mainland including Northern Ireland: For 2-4 days’ delivery orders above £500 are carriage paid and any orders under we charge £12.95 carriage per carton (plus VAT). 

Ireland: Orders above £750 are carriage paid any orders under we charge £35.00 carriage per carton.
Channel Islands, Europe and the Rest of the World: Please contact our sales team as carriage is determined by carton size and weight. Alternatively, customers are welcome to arrange their own transport.
 
Delivery Procedures
All deliveries require someone to be present to sign and accept the delivery to ensure goods were delivered correctly. Deliveries can be sent to alternative addresses please advise sales of this at time of order. Any discrepancies with the delivered order must be reported to sales within 3 days of receiving the goods by fax, post or email.

Online Cancellation Policy
Customers have the right to cancel their order and can do so by emailing us prior to dispatch at sales@jsherwood.eu  If your order has already been dispatched, you can return goods within 7 days of receipt. Products returned must be in their original condition. They must not be worn, damaged or soiled in any way. We may reduce any refund due if the product has been mis-handled. Once the return has been received a full refund will be issued excluding delivery costs.

Returns Procedure
All purchases can be exchanged, or a refund given within 28 days of delivery. All sale items must be returned within 14 days for a refund.
